Kittilä is a municipality in Lapland, about 200 kilometers northwest of the Arctic Circle. The region is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Finland, especially in winter, thanks to the famous winter sports centers Levi and Ylläs. In summer, the region is a paradise for hikers.
