Neuhofen im Innkreis 3 km from Ried: House is useable up to 9 persons! very old, cosy chalet "Troadkasten", from the 17th century. On the outskirts, directly by the stream, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'000 m2, garden, lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue, barbecue house, children's playground. In the house: central heating system, bicycles available. Parking at the house. Top floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed, hand-basin, separate WC and satellite TV. Balcony, patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the countryside. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Please note: outside staircase. Low doors and ceilings.
