Upper floor: 1 open double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double sofabed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Small lounge. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Marvellous view of the mountains and the valley. Note: Power is supplied by a solar panel and generator! Stove, boiler and fridge are gas-operated. Electrical appliances over 250W can not be operated. Note: Mountain road 15 km from Malvaglia real time 25 minutes. >> The use of the access road to the Malvaglia Valley has become subject to a fee as follows: CHF 5.00/day CHF 10.00/week CHF 20.00/month.
